Our company is searching for a cart solution that might meet the following requirements. Can osCommerce fulfill this:

• Entire Site AND Cart hosted on our servers. 

• Complete control over look of all pages - including Cart pages. 

• Ability to edit (html) pages in Dreamweaver or Text Editing program.  

• Ability to administer products, product categories and the Cart via a Web interface.  
 
• Ability to manage thousands of products.  

• Ability for customer to select product categories from a drop-down search menu and the ‘cart solution’ will post the products (or a list of sub categories) within the selected category.  

• Purchases with Credit Card OR Purchase Order  

• Connect with Authorize.net.  

• Ability to upload our product database to the system from our Excel file (or Access).  

• No frames. We don’t want to use frames.  

• Costs? One-time or recurring?  

• Product pricing / availability based on zip code AND / OR based on ship state.
