"Buy Now" without going to shopping cart poss???

I think it is irritating, for costumers who want to buy more than one item, to go to the shopping cart after they press "Buy Now".

Is there a possibility to add the number off items a custumer wants to buy in the product listing, and skip the shopping cart screen after each "Buy Now"?
