Shipping depends on weight

I'am looking for a shipping module that are based on the danish postal service.

Since my store only delivery inside denmark, this is the only module I need.

The shipping cost is calculated on the weight of the total order, with these costs:

Weight maximun 1 kg = 41,00 kr
 -//-                   5 kg = 45,00 kr
-//-                   10 kg = 55,50 kr
-//-                   15 kg = 81,00 kr
-//-                   20 kg = 89,00 kr

Is it possible making this. This shipping doesn't depend on the area code og state, only on the weight.

Please help me out here??
