Also, include more details about what contribution you are using and never email a contribution author directly, many of them are no longer supporting their mods and the support IS here in the forums. In your next post, include the version of oscommerce you are using and check what version of osc the contribution is supposed to work for. If it doesn't say MS2 it won't work with a current osc download.
