Wanted Modules: Hosting area

I just got to thinking how great the site software is, but I wonder if someone could use it to offer hosting? I found that the hosting project would be easy to set in place, but there is the problem of it not needing to be shipped. I was wondering if in the product setup area if we might be able to maybe check whether or not a product would be shipped, that way they may purchase a hosting package and during checkout the store would find that the product doesn't need to be shipped and just process the checkout without showing the checkout module?!?!?!?!?!?!?
