Not so sure I agree with their policy.  I recently upgraded from CVS to MS2 and immediately after that my sales dropped like a rock.  It could be any number of factors including non-cart issues, BUT...

It could be something different in the setup of the cart.  I.e. SID's vs Cookies, or other settings which may or may not have relevance to the correct operation of the cart.  This is costing me lots of money, and if there is a problem I would like to find it and fix it, and knowing what each setting does may be a help.  Maybe you can help me by...

I am still getting good traffic in the Who's Online each day, but only a few conversions...HELP.
