osCommerce as software vending platform

Hi,

First of all congrats for the quality of the software, installation ease and contributions number.

I was wondering wether it's possible to easily set-up a software/shareware vending platform with osCOmmerce + modules.
Main functions are:

- Software directory
- Developers can create their products (description, pricing, screen-shot, banking account info) and an administrator validates it
- users can buy the software
- at a defined periodicity (combined with mini amounts), the developers are paid by bank transfer.

The idea is to have something that resembles www.palmgear.com
