Products Image Directory by Manufacturers

Hello,
By default the directory for products images upload is set to DIR_FS_CATALOG . 'images/'
If you use the admin panel to setup an products image by the Browse button in categories.php, the image of the product goes to this general directory.
But, in the demo, products images are classified in /catalog/images/name_of_manufacturer/ directories.
How to put automatically therefore all images from one manufacturer in such directory (name of the manufacturer) instead of the default directory ?
Do I miss something in the configurations ?
