Promo or Discount Codes

I want to add a module that allows me to create unique Promo Codes and apply them at checkout.
Example:

10% off or Free Shipping

Assign a Code, Short Description and Start & Expiration Date. Then customers can enter the code and it automatically adjusts at checkout.

Can anybody help?

Anybody have this feature working on their site?
