TAX problem

Hi there,

I got a tax problem in my installed version snapshoot20030604. 
I saw that many other people have problems with the tax and there are many good answers, but nothing seems to work on my system. I add a new item with the net price and the system is calculating the second price including the tax. superb..... When I look at the shop....all items are displayed with net price. I want to see all prices including tax. My parameter is set to 'true' (display prices with tax) 
The item is taxable. 
Does anybody have an idea. It is very important for me.......
