How Do I Display Small Image without Distortion

All,

I appreciate your insights.  All my images are now displaying to scale.  The only problem I have at this point is that some of the big images are taking up the entire screen.  An example can be seen at: http://cheapgadget.com/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=14&products_id=10916

Can you please advise on how I can display Small Image Width and Height to scale without any distortion?  If there is any contribution that can do the job, the information will be highly appreciated.
