Restricting Countries

Folks,

I have a problem with certain customers giving stolen credit card information, and we end up losing product.  We are just now using the Bank of America credit module, which will create a bigger headache, since the payments are automatically processed.  Is there a way to restrict certain countries, and tell them we only accept wire transfers?
