You have made me the happiest man.. It finally works.. 

I do have one problem and it may help out cmm who also had this problem back in the beginning of the thread. 

The Java Script pop up error appears when you dont fill in a field. 
When I do not fill in the CVV field I get that funny JS error that says..

i am assuming i am missing a error code in my database or in my config files. Can anyone point out where I should place this error text message?
