Recurring Payments Feature

I like the look and feel of OSC so would like to make it my system, but maybe it just isnt possible. Does anyone know of such a feature, one that will have flexibility not just name? Judging from the discussions here there is obviously a great need. My gateway is Echo incase it matters, and I require the following features: _Auto billing per defined cycle _Prorated billing _freely definable time cycles _ability to select combinations of fixed or/and recurring priced products _pay-to-download products based on recurring cycle _security which prevents multiple downloads of same product after payment _and reporting/admin to match. Surely its possible. Many thanks.
