Moving Zip/Postal Code in Address Book editing

When I go to "My Account", then to "View/change entries in my address book.", and then "Edit" under "Address Book Entries", I would like the "Zip Code" field to appear AFTER the "State/Province" field.

I was able to follow the directions in the WIKI document to make this chance when someone signs up for a new account, but it is slightly different in address_book_process.php.

Can anyone show me how to make this change?
