If you have your own and it is setup correctly, then yes, using https works.

To set up a password via an .htaccess file ... if you have CPanel it is even easier as you can click the directory and setup the info there and it makes the .htaccess file for you.

Then to be even safer ... setup the Admin Levels ... so you have to login then to the Admin to use it.

Now you are pretty much setup like fort knox ... of course now that I have told you all this ... I am afraid I have to kill you ... :shock:
