Change the values for first two definitions: HTTP_SERVER and HTTPS_SERVER - just add [b]www.[/b] in their values. That's what I did, and it worked for me. It might be showing a cached page... PM me the URL if you don't mind, or ask one of your friends to check it on a different machine.
