Yes, this can be a problem, but then i don't understand the utility of the saved basket.

My store had many variable products with low stock usually. (overstock music records).

It's interesting this posibility for usual customers. 
They can optimize the shipping cost wait to fill the basket with a favourable quantity (up to 2 kg.) of products.
If the reserve action discount the stock quantity, this option is viable but if somebody send order with products out of stock, it cause two problems:
- Chaos of the real stock status.
- Displeasure of the customer.

Another solution is disabled the posibility of saved basket. 
How?
