Categories BOX not working correctly

I use EasyPopulate 2.61 to upload my products into the DB. I use a single file per manufacture on my uploads. I tested this with a single file with several manufactures in it. Right now after uploading ONLY the categories included in the FIRST upload are displayed regardless of manufacture everywhere until I click on one of the visible categories, THEN everything becomes visible when one of them is expanded. Has anyone else seen this, or still having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix this, or have some ideas? -Aalst
