So I am not sure if the problem is EP or OSC. Here is the work around... I go into the Admin and make a change to the invisable catagories like the sort order. Then save it and they are visable... then I set the sort order back to 0 so that they will sort descending. I am not sure if this is a perfect sure fire workaround, but as I do more uploads I will find out for sure. I can live with it if a fix never comes. :)
