Multiple carts on one database?

It needs to have at least 3 sections (jewelry, lingerie, skincare) which have their own theme, but when someone registers for one part of the cart, it will register them to all parts. It needs to be completely different for each section, but use only one database, one admin, if possible.. Has anyone done this successfully? If not, any ideas? Thanks
