Name your store logo oscommerce.gif. Upload it to your images folder and overwrite the old oscommerce.gif. This will place it in the same place as the oscommerce logo.

As for the site map, you could create a blank page (with all the headers, boxes and footers) by copying and renaming shipping.php and putting what content you want in there instead of the shipping text.

Then you just need to put a link to that page wherever you want it, say in the information box where the shipping etc is, and there you have it.
