Custom insertions aren't working.

Followed instruction received in last topic so I could insert a logo at top of store pages.  Something seemed to go wrong as this is what I got when I opened the store catalog


this is the line I changed. "><?php echo tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'logo-radiosalon-mid.gif', 'http://www.radiosalon.com'); ?>


Also tried .com/html/ or .com/shared

nothing worked.  just get the cute little redX where the pic should be
