Need a price quote

This is probably not the right category to post, but I dont know which one is the proper one...sorry

I have a working OSCommerce site that needs a quantity discount contribution installed and also the quickbooks contribution. 
I have tried my hand at it and failed miserably. 

Can someone quote a firm price on what it would cost me to pay them to install both contribs, and also provide detailed laymans instructions on how to duplicate it on other sites.

I need a firm price, if someone knows how to do it, they know how long it will take.
