phone no. in email

Hi All,

My first post :D 
I want some help for:
1. Firstly I want phone no. of the client in order email. Like for now it gives only addresses and other order details.

2. Secondly, as i'm yet to configure my shopping cart with my local bank's payment gateway. For now I want to charge credit cards manually, so I also want them in order email.

Anyone can tell if these are available in contributions section? I couldnt find.

Any help would be much appreciated.
