can't find the broken graphic on the default.php page

Hi...

can anyone help identify the graphic that displays as a broken link on my cart?  Whenever anyone clicks to view the different products on my page I get a broken image link... I would like to fix the problem rather than just turn off the don't display broken images button.

My error shows up at:

or just go to:
http://www.sashop.com/shop/

and click on the "software" link under "Categories" and you will see the error I need help with.

thanks... It really has me confused... I can't figure out what the graphic is.
