Modding Order Confirmation Email

Hi there, I hope someone can help me with the following please.

I am looking at re-selling goods using a website based on version MS2.  

I wish to send a slightly modified automated email confirmation upon an order being placed, excluding prices (sent to manufacturer who can dispatch goods directly to customer and invoice me seperately).  Can anyone put me on the right track and tell me what file I should modify?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
