re-directs to default.php page when going though checkout

Once I have logged in and are ready to buy products.
e.g. get to checkout payment page:
https://www.templegroove.com/checkout_payment.php

Either on this page or the next one:
https://www.templegroove.com/checkout_confirmation.php

When I click "continue" it re-directs me back to the default.php page.

I am assuming this is something simple for me to fix, if not simple something my host needs to turn on "php cashing" or something.

Any help would be great.

P.S. Simply press back in your browser once it takes you to default.php page and then hit "continue" again and everything works fine.

HELP... hehe
