The time when they would not be able to list it as their copyright is when they use the default layout. However, that store is customized enough that they can claim copyright on their mods. However, osCommerce does insist on the retention of their copyright notice on the Admin pages (not visible to the customer). Note: this is not to say that osCommerce couldn't make people display the osCommerce copyright on the catalog pages, just to say that they don't. --Matt
