first off i would like to start off by saying you people suck.
what more do you want. you have already been given an outstanding software, thats not enough, then you get support, thats still not enough, now yall want to make money off of someone elses work. thats just pethedic. i dont care if you did make modifications to it. oscommerce should still have the rights to it. forget about your time spent on modifing it. think of the time involved in designing it for you to have a good shopping cart system. and it was given to you. cant you have the same respect and do the same if anything you owe them. oscommerce doesnt owe you crap. and this isnt directed twards everyone but you know who you are and it this post offends anyone then sounds like your guilt is getting to you. it just makes me mad that people have to make money off of something that isnt even theres so if you want to make money that bad then build one from scratch and do it your self if your a true programmer then you shouldnt have a problem with it.
