Can I copy button graphics and make a contribution?

Hello,

over the last weeks I designed some new button sets for the osc catalogue. (samples at http://www.win-vermieter.de/osc/index.htm).

I would like to generated many different sets and contribute them.

Here my questions:

1. Can I use the tiny graphics from the original buttons and include them into my contribution? (Who owns copyrights - if somebody does - perhaps Harald ?)

2. Where can I get permission to use them? If Harald owns copyrights - could you please give me permission to use them?

3. The legal stuff: What "legal text" do I have to include with the contribution, if I want that everybody can use it for free?

Perhaps Harald or somebody else could help me on these legal issues.
