There are several reasons to email this rather than post it:  one, the only people who can really speak for OSC on this are the core team; two, they will see an email before a post; three, by posting this here, if there is a knowing violation, then you've given them a chance to hide the evidence; four, if it is inadvertent, you have raised the bar--what could have been a polite "you may not be aware" message is now more significant; five, you are violating forum rules by posting this here.  Clearly, that site is selling a shopping cart product.  As such, it violates the rule against commercial postings.  Obviously, you are not posting this for personal gain (unless you are one of their competitors), but that doesn't change the fact that is against the rules.

In general, these situations are best left in the hands of the OSC team.  That way, they can control how it is handled (and its handling reflects on them--even when others are involved to the point that it shouldn't).  It's simply a matter of common politeness to offer them that chance (and if they had seen this first, they also would have requested that in the future that you email them; at least, that is what they have done in the past).
