I edited your initial post because I did not want to needlessly bump this up again - but now that you've done that anyway:

We appreciate your concerns for osCommerce but the GPL forum (or any channel) is NOT intended to report possible violations. 
Next time simply e-mail a team member and they will investigate it and if needed take the necesary steps.

Your way tends to cause people sending hate mail to the site owner(s) in question who for all you know might have nothing to do with any violation.
That results in a bad name for osCommerce.
