General rule:

If you encounter something that you think is a violation of the GPL - contact a team member. Use something like "Possible GPL violation" as subject for your email to make sure it gets the attention (we have an awful lot of emails to process ;-). We will examine the case and inform the notifier of our findings.

Public finger-pointing is OF NO USE. It will only damage the reputation of both the (supposed) violater and osCommerce.

Please help us in defending osCommerce by sending mails to a team member. Do NOT think that self-justice is a solution.

Please read and re-read the GPL. Read our copyright notices. And if you are sure there is still a violation - inform us!
