web company suppling osCommerce to it's customers

Even if the charge is only really for the setting up? Also are we allowed to build our own backends, as the admin console provided has every thing and we only want to allow customers to change certain parts. Would we need to put copyright notices on each site that has the osCommerce? or would we have to put it on the new admin console we create?
