Hi,

There is a question imposible to find an answer, what do you think, the Oscommerce community ?

I have installed my modified version of an open sourse software or oscommerce for ex. Can I say : "Now I want to sell it to several clients but not the soft itself, but the access only - the right to use the soft online under their own password and with own databases" ? For example : An online learning platform that is installed under the same MAIN domain (http://www.mysite-elearning.com/client255/).

I will include a "powered by" button to indicate it is based on an open source system where applicable.

SHOULD I TRANSFER THE CODE SOURCE IF THEY ACTUALLY WILL USE MY WEB SITE ?  :?
