General comment to all that read this:

Whenever you see something that you think is a GPL-violation or something that violates our copyright or our terms- please contact one of the core team members via private email. We do not endorse public finger pointing.

Sometimes it is a simple misunderstanding, sometimes people are simply not aware of this. It does not help when someone accuses someone in public. Sometimes your perception might be failing and you could cause serious damage to someones reputation by such an action.

Also refrain from contacting the person/company you think is in violation of the GPL or our terms. Only Core Team members should be entitled to represent osCommerce when it comes to this.

So whenever you see something that causes problems, send us a mail. We will take further action and keep you informed about the outcome. We have handled many cases and we have some experience.

By informing us and by giving us the opportunity to set things straight you help us in defending our reputation and our project. We encourage you to inform us about possible GPL violations.
