Also just to mention that the open source you mentioned doesn't cover any specific features as midi file convert into a polyphonic ring tone, picture change to fit onto a cell phone. your future ringtone site has to interact with mobile operators, treat media and graphic files and store copyrighted and private customer information, we would still recommend to develop a secure and tested personalized code foryour future project.
