You can NOT sell the shop without copyrights simply because you are not allowed to remove them. 
You can NOT remove the copyrights from the source code, nor are you allowed to remove the footer in the Admin section to be more specific.

 The Powered By osCommerce on catalog side can only be removed if the layout and stylesheet have undergone significant changes.
