Because of legal precident (that a corporation can be a single entity), this _shouldn't_ count as distribution based solely on former U.S. judicial rulings. Of course, if the sole benefit of being employed by the corporation was the use of the program, it wouild probably be thrown out. Of course, everything is legal until it shows up in court. This has not been tried, who knows how a judge would rule. There was an interesting (and very lengthy) discussion including several well-written responses by attourneys (in an unofficial capacity) on slashdot.org
