Uploading to host server

Hi

I apologise in advance for my question, but I can tfind anything on the wiki help pages or in this forum!

I have configured my site offline, have just bought my hosting service, and managed to upload and un zip OS Commerce, after trial and error (am new to all this side of stuff).  I am sorry to say I am unsure what to do in order to get the stuff all set up now.  I have no databases or anything.  

I would very much appreciate it.
