New themes for shop + copyright issue

Hi, i was reading the php files and it said you cant remove the oscommerce banner and copyright unless you change the site signif. from its original design.

I was wondering can someone tell me how to change the colours etc. and is there any different themes for the shops.  I would like a hi-tech computer/technology type theme if possible.

Im also looking for the php file that contains the text that appears at the bottom of the screen, just below the banner where it says "copyright blah blah"
