The better way of doing it is to remove the absolute domain.
Example:
[b]Use:[/b] /livehelp/
[b]Rather than:[/b] http://www.yourdomian.com/livehelp/

This way, the content will be secure when under HTTPS and non-secure when under HTTP.

This can be done in the LiveHelp 'Settings' option (Web path).
