My site looks cramped at 800 x 600

I built my site on resolution setting  1024 X 768 it looks very well proportioned at that setting (on my computer). I have learned from users that the site looks CRAMPED UP at 800 X 600. The obvious solution to this problem is for them to buy a better graphics card and an upgrade monitor from me.  :lol:  Seriously, is there any way to "adjust" the pages to better fit the lower resolution settings? This must be the most common problem for web designers as there are so many different browsers and settings out there. There must be a simple fix for my probolem.   :wink: 



Any help would be greatly appreciated.
