Thank you for your reply. I have an FTP program that I use. I've tried changing the chmod in both the CATALOG and ADMIN configure.php  to every number combination I can think of, and still nothing, it's just not working  :cry: 

I've looked around other help forums as well, and everyone suggests the same thing, but none of it is working. Is there anything else I can try? Does it take a while to go into effect? Or does the error go away immediately when it is successfully fixed?
