The guy should use a phone. All airlines let you call and make reservations. So if you're blind go call. This guy is just jumping on the bandwagon and is looking for a quick buck. Like those fast food restaurants that people are sueing cause it has made them fat.(Hello you weren't forced to eat there now were you?)
