If you ever do have any problems they are pretty much non existant when you need them. Funny how that works... However I do agree that for a starter acct. paypal rules! One thing to note though: If you send a product to an "unverified" address and something goes wrong (unauthorized transaction, stolen card, etc) its your butt......
