thanks for your answer.

the customer has to have the ability to make this informations in the product_info ... that means:

this two additional info's have to be given to

the usual basket -> login ->
the customer-basket ->
orders.

and has to be shown in several views like

basket, shipping, bill ...

that's the problem.
