Possible Trade? WebHosting for Work on my oscommerce Site

I'm not completely sure this is the right place for this post but it said "proposals".  I am very new to oscommerce and just recently had a site template conversion done.  I am in dire need of someone to finish off my site by editing php files and just basically touching things up.  I would like to find someone who is willing to exchange for an excellent hosting package or possibly even a small amount of money.

Here is a very short list of the many things I would like to see done.

1.  Basic Editing of php files for content.

2.  Adding a domain search function to my website (already has the spot for it, just need the functionality)

3.  Integration of the "clientexec" login page into the site.  (i use clientexec for billing/support purposes)

4.  I need creative recommendations on what type of mods I may need to make my site more interesting.

5.  Live support mod, would like to have it irc based, so people could go directly through the website through a web portal to my irc network for a 24/7 support channel.

6.  Basic site maintenance, updating content as necessary.  

This is just a small list of the most important things I can currently think of.  I have a logo being created which I will need someone to help me integrate into my site.

Please email me if you think you might be interested in helping me with this project.  I am very anxious to get things rolling.  I am looking for someone who could stay with me long term and potentially benefit from the oscommerce hosting customers I plan on housing in the near future.
