Enjoy! :D[/quote] While I understand where you are coming from, I find it hard to believe that in any language "In Cart" is as understandable as "Add to Cart". I imagine that anyone you ask, regardless of language or nationality, will take "In Cart" as meaning what is currently in the cart not adding to it.
